Facebook / Meta Recruiting Video for, "Sourcing, Operations, Engineering"
A recruiting video I produced while I was at Facebook / Meta, for Sourcing, Operations, and Engineering. I executed this video from start-to-finish, handling the script, helping organize schedules, shooting on the campus and on-site studio chromakey (greenscreen) soundstage, as well as coordinating and over-seeing a vendor for additional media. I also negotiated the contract with the vendor.
When it was completed, as I anticipated, it required an update almost immediately. Which was why all of the "talking head" shots were done on the greenscreen soundstage at HQ. I handled those additional shoots myself, along with the editing and compositing, so we could insert video of the new hires, ASAP. I think it looks relatively seamless, given the short turn-around timeline!
